For the disputes people usually give up on

  • Refund not received after a return
  • Faulty phone, AC or appliance
  • Warranty repair refused
  • Airline, telecom or courier let you down
  • Coaching institute won’t refund

How a case works

Haq tells you the one next step, writes it for you, and keeps every deadline, including the two-year limit to file.

  1. Complain to the company

    Free

Haq writes a clear complaint to the grievance officer. You send it from your own email, and a 15-day clock starts.

  2. National Consumer Helpline

    Free

The government helpline (1915) forwards your complaint to the company, and many settle here. Haq writes the text; you file it.

  3. Legal notice

    Notice pack

A proper notice to the company’s registered office, as a PDF ready to sign, print and send by Speed Post.

  4. Consumer Commission

    Complaint pack

The complaint, its annexures and the filing PDF for e-Jagriti. Haq works out which Commission and the fee from what you paid. No lawyer is needed.

  5. Hearings and the order

    Complaint pack

Every hearing date with reminders and what to bring. When the order comes, Haq works out the date to pay by and what is owed today, and if the company does not pay, drafts the execution application.

And the rest of the fight

What to ask for

The relief calculator adds up your refund, interest to date, losses and costs, and fills them into the notice and the complaint. You choose every figure; Haq never predicts an award.

RTI to central government

Ask about a stuck passport, PF claim, tax refund or pension. Haq writes the request in English or Hindi for RTI Online, keeps the 30-day clock, and writes the first appeal if no reply comes.

For your family

Keep cases and Locker items for parents, a spouse or children in your own account. Reminders say whose they are.

Compare before you buy

Photograph the star label on two or three ACs, fridges or washing machines in the shop. Haq works out what each costs to run at your electricity rate over five years, with the price and warranty, or whether your old one is worth replacing, and sums it up in plain words.

Reminders that reach you

On your phone in your language, and by email if you like, with a summary on the 1st of each month.

The Locker

Things that cost you money, a fine or a right when you forget them. Snap the policy or PUC and Haq reads the expiry date for you to check, then reminds you on your phone, in your language, before it is due.

  • Car and bike insurance, PUC, RC
  • AC and car services, water filter
  • Warranties before they end
  • Rent agreement, passport, health cover

Questions

No. The Consumer Protection Act, 2019 lets you file and appear yourself. Haq helps you prepare each step; for anything complicated, talk to a lawyer.
Does Haq send anything for me?
Never. Haq drafts, tracks and reminds. You send every email, file every complaint and RTI request yourself, and sign and post the notice yourself.
Which languages?
The app is in English, Hindi, Punjabi, Tamil, Bengali and Marathi. Letters and notices are written in English, which companies and commissions use; RTI requests can also be in Hindi.
What happens to my documents?
They are stored privately in India, readable only by your account, and you can delete them at any time. See the privacy policy.
