Delete your account

You can delete your Ambiful Haq account yourself, from inside the app, at any time. It takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.

From the app

1. Open Ambiful Haq and sign in.
2. Open the Account tab.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

What gets deleted

Your login (email), your name and phone, your cases with their events and company details, every draft (complaints, helpline text, legal notices), every document and notice PDF, your Locker and your notice-pack records. All of it, at once. Apple, Google and RevenueCat keep their own record of any purchase, as payment rules require. We keep no copy beyond routine database backups, which are overwritten within 30 days.

Delete some of your data and keep your account

• A document: Documents tab → Delete. The file and its details are removed, and it is taken out of any case.
• A case: open the case → Edit → Delete case. Its events, drafts and deadlines are deleted; documents stay in the Documents tab until you delete them there.
• A Locker item: Locker tab → open the item → Remove from Locker.
• Your name or phone: Account tab → clear the field → Save.

Deleted items are gone at once; routine database backups that may still hold them are overwritten within 30 days. To have other data removed without deleting your account, email support@ambiful.com from your account's address and say what to delete.

If you cannot open the app

Email support@ambiful.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm by reply once it is done, normally within 7 days.
